Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns typically process within 4 weeks from when you give your package to the return shipper. This includes:
    • Transit Time: 5–10 business days for the return to reach us.
    • Processing Time: 3–5 business days to process your return after receiving it.
    • Bank Processing: 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

We aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible and will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically ships within 1–3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for order processing.

We ship to most addresses worldwide. However, certain restrictions apply, and some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

Shipping Estimates:
When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you select.

Weight-Based Shipping:
Shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page, and shipping costs are rounded up to the nearest pound, per carrier policy.
